A failing sewer line is the one plumbing problem people most often get sold the wrong fix for. Before we quote a replacement we put a camera down the line, because the difference between a root intrusion at one joint and a collapsed run is the difference between an afternoon and a week.

We make the 811 locate call and pull the permit ourselves, and we restore the yard when we’re finished. On new runs we laser-set the grade, bed the pipe in stone and camera-verify it before backfill — so nothing has to be dug up twice.

What can I do about a sewer line blockage?

The main culprit is tree roots, and once they’ve blocked the line there’s very little you can do yourself. We can snake it to get it as clear as possible and use copper sulfide to kill the remaining vegetation — but odds are the line will eventually need replacing. We camera it first so you know which conversation you’re having.

Do you dig up the whole yard?

Not unless the line requires it. A camera tells us where the problem is, and a spot repair is a single excavation rather than a trench the length of the property. When a full replacement genuinely is needed, we say so and show you why.

Who handles the permit and the utility locate?

We do. Every job that needs one gets the permit pulled and the 811 locate call made by us before a shovel goes in the ground. You don’t have to arrange anything.
