What we do

Drain Cleaning & Clogged Drains in Western Kentucky

Most blocked drains are a symptom, not the problem. A kitchen line that clogs twice a year has grease built up along its whole length; a tub that drains slowly after every shower has hair packed in the trap arm.

We clear the blockage, then tell you what caused it — and if the line has a structural problem, we can camera it so you’re looking at the same picture we are instead of taking our word for it.

What the job covers

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

The same way we run every job, from a dripping tap to a multifamily build.

You get a real person — usually Ethan. Tell us what's happening and we'll tell you straight away whether it's an emergency.

02

We quote it in writing

A clear price before a wrench turns. We pull the permits and make the 811 locate call so you don't have to.

03

Licensed crew on site

Our own people, not subs. On time, boots covered, and they walk you through anything that changes before it changes.

04

Clean up and stand behind it

We leave it tidier than we found it, and we stand behind the work and the products we install.

Questions

Drain Cleaning & Clogged Drains — your questions

Don’t rinse fats or cooking oils down the kitchen sink — liquid fat solidifies in cold pipe and builds a collar that narrows the line. Fit every tub and shower drain with a strainer for hair and soap chips, and clean the strainers regularly.

In most homes those two drains are connected. Lint from the laundry meets grease build-up from soap and food and forms a nearly solid mass that blocks the line. Filters and strainers help, but the drains still need snaking periodically.

For a minor clog they’re fine. Never use them on a drain that is completely blocked — the caustic ingredients sit trapped against your pipe and can damage it badly. And never use them in a drain that has a garbage disposal.

Plenty of cold water, and don’t overload it. Never put bones or corn husks down it, and never use a caustic drain opener. If something falls in, use tongs — never your hand. If it stops working, try the reset switch on the bottom before calling anyone.
