Will a tankless heater really save me money?

On energy, usually yes — you stop paying to keep a tank hot around the clock. The payback depends on how much hot water you use and what you’re replacing. We’ll give you the real numbers for your house rather than a brochure figure.

Do I need a bigger gas line?

Often, yes. A tankless unit draws far more gas at once than a tank heater, and an undersized line is the most common reason a tankless install underperforms. We size and upgrade the line as part of the job, and it’s in the written quote.

Does hard water affect it?

It does. Scale builds on the heat exchanger and slowly strangles output. Annual descaling handles it; in harder water, treatment ahead of the heater is the better long-term answer.
